Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

You can do so by replying to any of the emails we sent you or via this website. You may also instant message us via our WhatsApp or iMessage number.

If bookings are cancelled 24 hours before the trip begins, the cancellation is free. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the total price must be paid. A cancellation can made using email, Whatsapp or our website.

Yes. Just contact us and we will assist you with the changes. There are no charges for modification made 24 hours prior to your pickup time.

For airport pickups, you have a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution. If we are unable to contact you within 2 hours of your confirmed pickup time, it will be considered a no-show and our driver will leave.

If you do not show up for your booking, you will still responsible for full payment of your booking if you

  • Do not cancel your booking prior to 24 hours of the pickup time
  • Do not show up at your pickup location within 2 hours of your confirmed pickup time
  • Choose to use another form of transportation or taxi

If you have placed a security deposit, it will be forfeited.

Deposits & Payments

A security deposit of PHP 2000 is required if your pickup is at an airport and if you want to pay in cash. To learn more about the security deposit, please visit the security deposit page.

We accept cash, credit card payments and PayPal.

Tipping is not mandatory. We leave that to your discretion.

You can pay the driver at the end of the trip.

If you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to your confirmed pickup time, we will provide a full refund (less PayPal’s fixed fees). It normally takes 3-5 days for the refund however it may take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. Please visit PayPal refunds page for more information.

Yes, upon request we can email you an electronic receipt. Please note this receipt does not include a TIN number.

Where To Meet The Driver

At the airport
Your driver will always wait for 2 hours before leaving if we don’t hear from you or if we are not able to contact you. If the driver leaves, your booking will be deemed as “No-Show”. If you realize that you may be delayed, we recommend contacting us so that we can find a workaround for you. Subsequent waiting time will be charged at PHP100 per hour in one hour blocks.

Other locations
Your driver will always wait for 30 minutes before leaving if we don’t hear from you or if we are not able to contact you. The first 15 minutes is complimentary. Subsequent waiting time will be charged at PHP 300 (for Manila) and PHP 200 (other locations) per hour in one hour blocks.

We have designated waiting areas at every terminal. Upon your confirmation, we will email you the meet and greet instructions with the important contact numbers.

He will meet you in the lobby of the hotel.

Yes, as long as its along the way. If you need to make multiple stops for pickups or drop offs, do let us know in advance. Additional surcharges may apply and we will quote you accordingly.

Yes, but do note additional charges may apply as the vehicle may not be returning to Subic Bay.

We will try our best to get you to your destination in a safe and timely manner. Please note that by making a reservation/booking or payment for a trip with us, that you agree to not hold us liable for any losses or damages suffered from any delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather conditions and unforeseable circumstances. You also agree to indemnify and hold Subic Taxi and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of or in connection with your use of the services or goods obtained through your use of the services.

Traffic conditions in the Philippines are very unpredictable and erratic. Manila’s traffic has been known to be one of the worst in the world. If you are catching a flight at the airport, we suggest you buffer sufficient time for getting to the airport and also to check in. If you are unsure of how much time is required, please do consult us and we can help you with an estimate.
